Our store is hosted by GoDaddy Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 - Trade-In Program Policy

By participating in our computer trade-in program, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Trade-ins are available for qualified devices that meet our eligibility requirements based on our assessment of their condition and market value.
• Trade-in Value: The trade-in value of your device is determined based on its condition and market value. The initial quote is subject to change if the device is not in the stated condition.
• Shipping: If you reside outside our local area, we will provide a prepaid shipping  label to send us your device(s). If deemed ineligible for trade-in, you must purchase a return shipping label. We will contact you via email or  phone. If unresponsive after 14 days, we will send a notice via postal mail. After 45 days without response, the device(s) will be recycled.
• Payment: Payment will be issued as a credit towards your selected item(s) upon receiving and verifying the device.
• Device Ownership: By trading in your device, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and have the authority to trade it in.
• Privacy: Personal data on your device will be erased before resale. However, we are  not responsible for any data not erased. We recommend backing up and erasing any important data before trading in your device.

ONCE A DEVICE IS TRADED IN, WE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN. ALL TRADE-INS ARE FINAL.

Section 8 - Terms of Service for Social Media Management by N.E. Service

By signing up for N.E. Service’s social media management services, you agree to these Terms of Service:

• Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
• Description  of Service: We offer social media account management, content  creation, posting services, engagement strategies, and performance analytics as detailed in the selected service plan.
• Service Plans: Each plan has specific features and must be renewed upon expiration for continued service.
• Payment: Fees are due in advance and must be paid according to the selected plan. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Client Obligations: Clients must provide necessary access to social media accounts and timely content for their brand.
• Content and Conduct: Clients are responsible for the content posted on their social media profiles. N.E. Service is not liable for content created by clients.
• Privacy: Client information will not be disclosed without consent.
• Cancellation and Termination: Clients may cancel their service plan at any time. A prorated refund may be available based on N.E. Service’s discretion.
• Changes to Terms of Service: N.E. Service reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes consent to the changes.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

N.E. Service Layaway Policy

Overview: N.E. Service offers a layaway plan for purchasing computer products over time through manageable payments.

Eligibility:

• Available for all products.
• Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.

How It Works:

• Down Payment: A minimum down payment of 20% of the total purchase price is required.
• Payment Schedule: Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The total amount must be paid in full within 90 days.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo (all non-cash payments incur a 3% processing fee).

Terms and Conditions:

• Item Reservation: Items are reserved once the initial down payment is made.
• Missed Payments: A 7-day grace period is allowed after a missed payment. Failure to pay within this period may result in plan cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy: A $25 cancellation fee applies. Any payments made, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded.
• Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the layaway plan is completed and items are picked up.
• Completion and Pickup: Items must be picked up within 14 days of the final payment. Storage fees up to $25 per month may apply if not picked up      within this timeframe.

Section 9 - Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure you are familiar with and approve of the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). New features and/or services offered through the website will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, except as required by law.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our site. If we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
