Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any services provided by N.E. Service ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Huntington, WV. By using our services, purchasing our products, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

N.E. Service offers the following services, which may be updated from time to time:

• Computer and electronic device repair (laptops, desktops, phones, tablets)
• Refurbished computer and device sales
• Custom PC builds
• Virus and malware removal
• Data recovery and backup services
• Network and Wi-Fi setup
• Web design and development
• General tech support and consultation

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the initial assessment of your device or project. Final pricing may differ if additional issues are discovered during the repair or service process. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.

• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront.
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services or at the time of product purchase. We accept cash, and any other payment methods listed at the time of service. A deposit may be required for large projects or custom builds at our discretion.

• Unpaid items left beyond 30 days after service completion may be subject to a storage fee.
• Devices unclaimed beyond 60 days may be subject to disposal or resale to recover costs, as permitted by applicable West Virginia law.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Repair services come with the following limited warranty:

• Labor Warranty: 30 days on labor performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will re-examine and re-repair at no labor cost.
• Parts Warranty: Replacement parts carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty, which varies by part. We will disclose applicable part warranties at time of service.
• Refurbished Products: Refurbished devices sold by N.E. Service carry a 30-day limited warranty covering hardware defects unless otherwise stated at time of sale.

Warranties are void if the device has been tampered with, subjected to physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after our service.

5. Data and Personal Information

You are responsible for backing up your own data before submitting a device for service. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, N.E. Service is not liable for any data loss that may occur during repair or service. We strongly encourage you to back up all important data prior to drop-off.

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N.E. Service shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, programs, or software of any kind
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a repaired device
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service intake
• Any damage to devices that occurs after they leave our possession

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of N.E. Service and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, parts suppliers, or tools. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of any third party. Any third-party products or services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cabell County, West Virginia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
