Subscribers are entitled to unlimited technical support via chat or text. Support is limited to device troubleshooting, software guidance, and general tech-related inquiries. Abuse or misuse of support services may result in service limitations.
Subscribers may request one (1) remote session per calendar month, where a expert can remotely access their device (with explicit consent) to perform troubleshooting, updates, or configurations. Unused sessions do not roll over.
One (1) qualifying battery replacement per year is available for compatible laptops, contingent upon parts availability. Devices must pass inspection to confirm battery degradation or failure. Service does not cover internal battery replacement that requires board-level soldering.
Subscribers enrolled in the annual plan are eligible for two (2) computer cleanings per year. Services include dust removal, basic internal maintenance, and software optimization.
Premium subscribers receive prioritized placement in the repair queue. This applies to both walk-in and mail-in services. While we strive for expedited service, turnaround times may still vary based on repair complexity and parts availability.
Subscribers are entitled to one (1) full data backup service per subscription year. Data will be backed up to customer-provided storage or secure cloud (if arranged). N.E. Service is not liable for lost data due to user error, hardware failure, or improper storage post-backup.
Subscribers receive an additional 10% over standard trade-in value when trading in a qualifying device toward another purchase. Final value is determined upon device inspection.

Subscribers receive a 10% discount on all purchases and repair services. Discount does not stack with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
All physical purchases made by subscribers qualify for free domestic shipping. Express or overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Subscribers who refer new customers may be eligible for referral discounts or service credits. Referral benefits are applied after successful sign-up and payment by the referred customer.
Subscribers are entitled to the installation and activation of Microsoft Office on up to two (2) devices per subscription year. Devices must be owned by the subscriber. N.E. Service is not responsible for license transfer or software misuse.
One (1) complimentary tune-up per year is available upon request. This includes system optimization, registry cleaning, and software updates. This service must be scheduled in advance.
If a device requires extended repair (3+ business days), subscribers may request a loaner laptop for temporary use. Loaners are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A loaner agreement must be signed, and the laptop must be returned within 3 business days of repair completion.
