N.E. Service provides a 14-day limited warranty to ensure customer satisfaction with our used and/or refurbished laptops and computers only. The following terms and conditions outline the scope and limitations of this warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use as determined by N.E. Service.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage from External Factors:
Including, but not limited to, misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Wear and Tear:
Normal aging or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
3. Software and Compatibility Issues:
Including, but not limited to, user-installed programs or system updates causing conflicts or errors.
4. Unauthorized Handling:
Any alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than N.E. Service.
5. Sales Through Certain Channels:
Purchases made through platforms like eBay or Facebook Marketplace are subject to their respective policies.
Since eBay and Facebook offer 30-day money-back guarantees, N.E. Service’s 14-day warranty does not apply to items sold through these channels.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claims.
1. Contact N.E. Service within the 14-day period.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
3. If requested, return the product to our store for evaluation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a claim is approved, N.E. Service may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product,
Replace it with an identical or similar item, or
Offer a refund.
The chosen resolution method will be based on our assessment of the defect and product availability.
This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. Decisions regarding warranty claims, including whether the product qualifies for coverage, will be made exclusively by N.E. Service. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product
